Smoothies can be one of the best ways to start your day. I always prefer smoothies for breakfast as it is healthy and very easy to make. Recently I tried this mango and strawberry smoothie and now it is one of my favourites.

Mango is a nutritious food loaded with healthy nutrients and vitamins. Strawberries are an excellent source of vitamin C. With these two ingredients here I use bananas which make the drink more creamy.

Ingredients
Strawberry- 3
Ripe Mango - 1
Banana- 1

Method of preparation
Add the ingredients into a blender and blend for 30 seconds
You can add nuts and seeds of your own choice to make it more healthy. Usually, I add soaked almonds, walnuts, chia and sunflower seeds.

Who doesn't love pasta...right? I am a big fan of pasta 😋 If you are tired of eating red sauce pasta, try this out, you will never regret it.

White sauce pasta is easier to make than the red sauce one. The white sauce or also known as bechamel sauce which is originated from Italy and it is a mainstay sauce of Italian Cuisine. You can add chicken, vegetables, shrimp, or anything you may be fond of and make your own version. Here I am adding chicken and some vegetables. It's very cheesy, yummy, and perfect for dinner. The sauce can be easily made with minimal ingredients.

Preparation time: 30 minutes

Ingredients

  1. Pasta - 1 cover
  2. Olive oil - 5 tsp
  3. Salt - as required
  4. Chicken Breast- 2 large pieces sliced
  5. Pepper powder - 2 tsp
  6. Chilly flakes - 2 tsp
  7. Oregano - 2 tsp
  8. Water - as instructed in the pasta package
  9. Capsicum - 1/2 chopped
  10. Sweet Corn - 1 small can (Optional)
  11. Garlic - 7-8 cloves chopped
  12. Milk - 250ml
  13. All-purpose flour (Maida) - 2 tsp
  14. Cheese (optional) - 1/2 cup grated
  15. Butter - 1 tsp

 Method of Preparation

  1.  Boil the water and add salt, olive oil, and then add Pasta. Cook for about 8- 12 minutes or according to the instruction given in the package. (The cooking time varies according to the size and shape of the pasta)
  2. Transfer the cooked pasta to a colander and drain the excess water. (Pour some water to the pasta to avoid overcooking and to prevent the pasta from sticking on to each other)
  3. Take a pan and add 3 tsp olive oil and add chicken pieces. Season it with salt and pepper. Cook the chicken completely and remove
  4. Take the pan and add some olive oil and saute the vegetables and remove
  5. In the same pan, add the butter and 1 tsp olive oil.
  6. Add finely chopped garlic and saute for 30 seconds
  7. Add 2 tsp of maida to the pan, stir until maida and butter are mixed.
  8. Add milk to the pan
  9. Add oregano, pepper, chilly flakes, and salt
  10. When the sauce starts to thicken, add 1/2 cup of grated cheese to the sauce
  11. Add the cooked pasta and mix it with sauce
  12. Add the cooked chicken and vegetables to the pan and mix it well with the sauce
White creamy chicken pasta is ready to be served hot. 😋😊
